Sunday’s Sake was created with the purpose of introducing people around the world to good quality, artisanal Sake. Produced using the Brewery’s own, locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice, the Sunday’s Junmai has soft congee aromatics, prominent minerality, and a refreshing, dry finish. The Sunday’s Nigori is bottled on its lees to bring texture and features balanced chamomile and coconut notes.
