With over 25 years in the F&B industry, Xuan brings a vast wealth of experience to the table. Raised in the UK, Xuan spent his adolescent years working in his family’s Chinese restaurants, leading to an in depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking.
From inception of the most creative concepts to flawless execution, Xuan has created and operated some of the most successful and highly acclaimed restaurants and lifestyle venues in Hong Kong. In addition to his F&B establishments, Xuan’s ventures include multiple businesses ranging from property, wine import/export, publishing, fashion, marketing & PR.
Prior to this, Xuan worked for PWC as a senior auditor for their banking and financial division. He holds a Master in Business Administration as well as a Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales.
