Summer has officially arrived in Hong Kong and Limewood is launching an exciting new menu to celebrate. Whilst some of the classics have been left untouched – such as the 48hr Charred Beef Ribs, Limewood Guacamole and Charred Whole Sea Bream, the menu has been spiced up with an array of latest new dishes.
This refreshing menu embraces the hot season by incorporating in-season ingredients such as lobster, soft shell crab, spring lamb, and aims to let their natural flavour speak for themselves. Limewood is also offering several new selections of appetizers and side dishes, created around seasonal changes, such as Fried Fish Taco, Chicken Wings with Lemongrass and Black Garlic Aioli, and Smashed Potato with Cumin and Smokey Coleslaw in Paprika Yogurt Sauce.
The menu has been inspired by Chef Russell’s caribbean background and love for thai flavours. Like Limewood’s food menu, the cocktails also incorporate some of the freshest ingredients on offer – using herbs and fruits such as pomegranate, calamansi, jalapeño, kaffir lime and fresh watermelon – to name just a few.
