Blue ยท Butcher & Meat Specialist are proud to announce the launch of bar snacks at our ground floor Butcher’s Bar.

Resident Butcher Jonny Farrell has sourced some of the most ethically raised, flavoursome cuts of meat and prepared in-house British favourites including Pork Scratchings with fennel and cumin, Homemade Beef Sobrassada with dry-aged beef, blended with spices to create a simple yet elegant paste served with crostinis. Bread & Rubia Gallega Tallow, a refined and indulgent snack and a specially selected Charcuterie board.

We also have beers on tap including Seven Brews, a selection of wines and house cocktails to be enjoyed at the ground floor Butcher’s Bar – your new neighbourhood hangout.
