Every year, The Kin Hong Festival is held in Hong Kong to promote sustainable seafood with various restaurants, suppliers and hotels for a month. Maximal Concepts will have two restaurants participating, Fish and Meat and Limewood. We are very excited to be apart of such a sustainable tradition in Hong Kong.
