Maximal Concepts is excited to announce that Executive Chef Lee of Mott 32, and Group Corporate Chef Russell Doctrove alongside with Culinary Director Malcolm Wood will be presenting an East meets West restaurant at this year’s Singapore Grand Prix.
They will be working beside Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, to serve signature dishes from their culinary concept “Hollywood Road”, that will display the very best of Maximal Concepts.
