Join us for our first session of Counterbalance on Monday, May 28th! We’ve teamed up with Nike & Hong Kong-based Nike trainer Stephanie Cuvelier to create the perfect Monday evening to kickstart your week.

PACKAGE COST: $350 per person
6:45PM – Check-in at Brickhouse (pay for package on arrival)
7:00PM – 45-min strengthening & movement class at Stephanie’s studio (just a few steps away from Brickhouse on D’Aguilar Street). This class is designed for every age & every body – whether you’re a pro athlete, mommy-to-be, or just looking to tone up for summer, Stephanie will tailor her exercises to fit you.
8:00PM – “Green Monday” group dinner at Brickhouse. A low carbon, veggie-forward menu to satisfy your post-workout bellies. (See image post for menu.) Steph will provide personalised healthy lifestyle tips during the meal!
*Complimentary goodies from Nike will be provided at dinner for attendees.
