Enjoy the start of the Holiday season with the deliciously festive offerings of Blue and Limewood. This year Limewood will feature a semi-deboned Free Range Hunter Valley Turkey marinated in achiote sauce with Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Carrots, a Passionfruit & Caramelised Pineapple Tart and, the most important element, Turkey Gravy to complete this savoury feast.

Over at Blue, the Hunter Valley turkey is featured again but this time with Creamed Corn, Maple Roasted Pumpkin, Homemade Sausages and Apple Stuffing, and the choice of Cranberry Sauce or Gravy. Top off your Thanksgiving meal at Blue with Maple Chocolate Pecan tart for dessert.

The set menus are both available to order in each venue and for takeaway to enjoy in the comfort of your home from 23 Nov – 25 Dec. This will also include a wine pairing options whether you dine in or dine around your dinner table with your favourite holiday movies playing in the background. As a special treat, our festive menus are available to pre-order with an Early Bird discount of 20% from 13th to 17th of November. This offer is exclusive to Thanksgiving.
